Elenite
A gated holiday village near Sveti Vlas, family-oriented, with its own beach and pools.
About Elenite
Elenite, the holiday village next to Sveti Vlas
Elenite is a gated holiday village set next to Sveti Vlas, designed as a self-contained complex with its own beach and pools. Its controlled access and enclave character make it a convenient, secure choice for families: everything, from the sea to the restaurants, is a few steps away, in an orderly setting at the foot of the hills.
Things to do
Life in Elenite is made of simple things, all inside the complex or at its edge:
- Days spent between the beach, the pools and the on-site facilities
- Walks along the quiet shore, from the foot of the hills down to the sea
- Short outings to Sveti Vlas (the marina) and Sunny Beach for buzz and shopping — a few kilometres away
For those who want more, the old town of Nesebar with its churches makes an easy day trip (local transport details are approximate).
Beaches
The complex's own beach is its main asset, with shallow water near the shore, good for children:
- [Elenite Beach](/plaje/elenite-beach) — the main beach of the holiday village
- [Paradise Beach](/plaje/paradise-beach) — a nearby stretch, also in the Elenite area
- [Royal Bay](/plaje/royal-bay) — a more secluded little bay
Where to stay
Accommodation is concentrated in the complex's hotels and apartments:
- [Sandy Bay Hotel](/cazare/sandy-bay-hotel) — close to the beach, family-oriented
- [Royal Castle Hotel & Spa](/cazare/royal-castle-hotel-spa) — with spa and pools
- [Messambria Fort Beach Apartments](/cazare/messambria-fort-beach-apartments) — apartments for longer stays
Where to eat
- [Fish Restaurant Levant Beach](/restaurante/fish-restaurant-levant-beach) — fish, right on the beach
- [Aeraki - Greek restaurant](/restaurante/aeraki-greek-restaurant-aeraki-gratski-restorant) — Greek cooking
- [Mehana Manastira](/restaurante/mehana-manastira) — a mehana with traditional Bulgarian dishes
Many packages are all-inclusive; if you want to eat outside the hotel, check opening times off-season.
Getting there
The nearest airport is Burgas, about 40 km away (approximate). From there, a transfer, taxi or bus towards Nesebar and Sunny Beach drops you close by, with the last stretch done locally, up to the gate of the complex. By car, Elenite is linked to the northern coast road, just past Sveti Vlas.
Tips
- As a gated complex, check what the package includes (meals, sunbeds, pool access) before booking
- For nightlife and buzz, plan outings towards Sunny Beach
- Peak season (July–August) is crowded and pricier; June and September are quieter
